Report Discrimination or Harassment
Equality North Carolina
Equality NC announces their new Documenting
Discrimination initiative, an effort to collect the stories of people who have
faced discrimination and violence based on their sexual orientation or gender
expression. An online web-form, accessed at
www.equalitync.org/discrimination, allows individuals throughout North
Carolina to report instances of anti-LGBT discrimination, harassment, and hate
crimes.
"We've learned that sharing our stories of how legal discrimination affects our lives and our families is the most effective means of convincing both elected officials and the public of the justice of our cause," said Ian Palmquist, Executive Director-Programs. "This initiative will allow us to collect these important stories from communities across North Carolina and use them to create change."

bisexual, and transgender people from religious and political oppression through
the practice of relentless nonviolent resistance."
